Accounts Assistant and Receptionist

Working Hours: 37.5 hour per week: 8.30AM to 4.30PM, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Front of house duties and responsibilities.
- Manage incoming calls, address inquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Take messages when necessary, ensuring accurate recording of information.
- Proficient use of Xero and Eworks software to input invoices, maintaining precision and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Scanning and filing of documents, maintaining an organised system.
- Provide administrative and business support, with attention to detail.
- Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper distribution within the building

Skills & Qualifications
Experience using Xero and Eworks manager software is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
