Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Front of house duties and responsibilities.
  • Manage incoming calls, address inquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Take messages when necessary, ensuring accurate recording of information.
  • Proficient use of Xero and Eworks software to input invoices, maintaining precision and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Scanning and filing of documents, maintaining an organised system.
  • Provide administrative and business support, with attention to detail.
  • Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper distribution within the building

Skills & Qualifications

Experience using Xero and Eworks manager software is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
